AskExclusive Coloring Pages Licensing Policy

Hi there, I’m Elena – founder and lead artist at AskExclusive. After running this site since 2024 and handling thousands of downloads, I’ve written this policy myself to be crystal clear about how you can use our coloring pages. No legalese, just straight talk from one artist to another.

1. Personal Use = Welcome!
All our free coloring pages are yours to enjoy for:

  • Personal relaxation (print as many copies as you need for yourself)
  • Family activities (share with kids or grandparents)
  • Classroom projects (teachers, you’re golden!)
  • Non-profit community groups (nursing homes, libraries, etc.)

Real-life example: Last month, a kindergarten teacher printed our “Ocean Animals” set for her 23 students – that’s exactly what we love to see!

2. Commercial Use = Not Allowed
To protect our artists’ hard work, please don’t:

  • Sell our designs (even if you’ve colored them beautifully)
  • Use them in products for profit (mugs, t-shirts, digital packs, etc.)
  • Claim them as your own or trademark them
  • Share digital files directly (send friends to our site instead)
  • Use them in logo designs or branding

3. Your License – Simple & Fair
When you download from us, you get:
✅ Lifetime personal use rights (non-exclusive)
✅ Permission to modify pages for your personal enjoyment
✅ Ability to share finished colored pages on social media (tag us @AskExclusive!)

But note:

  • We keep all copyrights to the original designs
  • You can’t transfer this license to others
  • We may revoke access if terms are violated

4. Why These Rules Matter
We’re a small team of working artists. Those “free” downloads take 10-20 hours each to create. Our income comes from:

  • Custom commercial licenses (email us for quotes)
  • Generous user donations (keeps the lights on)
  • Premium packs (marked with ⭐)

5. Warranty Transparency
Being honest upfront:

  • Files come “as is” – we can’t guarantee perfect print quality on every printer
  • While we test all designs, occasional glitches happen (email us and we’ll fix!)
  • We’re not liable for incidental damages (like printer ink costs)

But we promise:

  • Every design is original (no sneaky clipart theft)
  • We fix reported issues within 72 hours
  • Human support at hello@askexclusive.com

Policy Changes
If we update terms:

  • Current users get 30 days’ email notice
  • We’ll never retroactively restrict your existing downloads
  • Version history available on request
