Hi, I’m Elena – the artist and founder behind AskExclusive. After running this coloring community since 2024, I’ve drafted these terms myself over many late-night studio sessions. They’re written plainly because legal jargon gives me a headache too. Grab some coffee and let’s chat about how this works.

1. The Basics (In Human Terms)

  • “We/Us”: That’s me (Elena) and my small Brooklyn-based team
  • “You”: Awesome humans using our coloring pages
  • “Service”: AskExclusive.com and all its free/premium content
  • “Content”: Our hand-drawn coloring pages, tutorials, and resources

2. Your Responsibilities
When using our site, you agree to:

  • Be at least 13 years old (COPPA compliant – we don’t collect kids’ data)
  • Never share login details
  • Not reverse-engineer our site (seriously – we’re artists, not coders)
  • Respect copyrights (more on licensing below)

3. Our Artist Promises
We commit to:

  • Keeping core content free forever (my personal vow)
  • Fixing broken downloads within 48 hours (email hello@askexclusive.com)
  • Clearly labeling premium content (look for the ⭐ icon)
  • Responding to support emails within 2 business days (usually faster)
  • Never selling your data (we hate spam as much as you do)

4. Intellectual Property Straight Talk

  • All designs are © AskExclusive or our contributing artists
  • Personal use = encouraged!
  • Commercial use = requires our written permission (email hello@askexclusive.com)
  • Modified pages? Still ours – but show off your creations! Tag #AskExclusive
  • Found stolen content? See our takedown policy (we act within 24 hours)

5. Third-Party Links
Sometimes we recommend:

  • Art supply stores (like our favorite Brooklyn pencil shop)
  • Printer companies (after testing 12 models last year)
  • Fellow artist sites

Heads up: We vet these but can’t control them. Click at your own risk – we’re not liable if that “free marker giveaway” turns sketchy.

6. When Things Go Wrong
Our limitations:

  • We can’t guarantee perfect prints on every device (ink costs are on you)
  • Occasional downtime happens (like during our server upgrade last Tuesday)
  • Maximum liability = $100 or your last donation amount (whichever is higher)
  • No refunds on digital purchases (but we’ll fix faulty files – promise!)

Exception: If we ever shut down (unlikely!), premium users get 30 days to download purchases.

7. Account Termination
We might suspend accounts for:

  • Spamming (instant ban)
  • Copyright violations
  • Hate speech
  • Excessive scraping (be kind to our servers!)

We’ll always email warnings first – except for dangerous violations.

8. Governing Law & Disputes
